| Committee Members Ken McCoy, Co-Chair Greg Cho, Co-Chair General Information Registration: After dropping off your clubs at the bag drop, please park your car and go to the clubhouse for registration. Practice Areas: Putting greens and driving ranges will open at 9:00 A.M. Golf Shop: Golf Shop will open at 9:00 A.M. Cell Phones: Cell phones use is not permitted in the clubhouse or on the golf course Attire: Casual attire during the day and evening. Please wear collared shirts on the golf course. Bermuda shorts are acceptable. Only soft spike shoes are allowed on the course. No jackets required for cocktails and dinner. Car Keys: Important Please bring your car keys with you onto the course. After play, return your golf bag to your car before returning to the clubhouse for dinner. Scoring Procedure: Each foursome will play as a team. Everyone T's off, then proceeds to the best shot where everyone hits the next shot from. This continues until you have holed out. A minimum of 3 Drives from each golfer is required. Tees: Men use the Blue tees. Women use the red tees. Mulligans: At registration you may purchase a superticket package which includs two mulligans (usable at any time), raffle tickets, putting contest, long drive,and other favorite | SCHEDULE OF THE DAY 11:00 AM Registration 1:00 PM Shotgun Start 6:00 PM Dinner, Awards & Auction Food, Refreshments & Dinner: Course refreshments and food can be found through- out the course. Cocktails and dinner will be held after play. Final Foursome and Tee Assignments: Available at registration. Silent Auction: The silent auction will be displayed at registration, on the course, during cocktails and dinner. The auction will close at the beginning of the awards ceremony.
